Children’s Art Show

The Children’s Art Show displays the works of talented young artists from the local elementary schools. Each school makes a selection of eight works by its students – which may be painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed-media constructions or any medium. The resulting exhibition astonishes viewers with the creativity and technical ability of these young artists. The opening reception always sees a huge crowd of proud family members, friends and art lovers.
The Children’s Art Show is held in the Uxbridge Municipal Offices, adjacent to the Juried Art Show. Together, a visit to this pair of exhibitions makes a very worthwhile art experience.
Opening reception is @ 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The show runs daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., ending at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
This event is open to the public, and refreshments are provided.
